We are looking for:
Automation Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor (Automation&Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering degree)
- minimum 1 year of experience on similar position
- knowledge of robots ABB/KUKA/FANUC (familiarity with minimum one of given manufacturers is required)
- knowledge of ABB/KUKA/FANUC/UNIVERSAL ROBOTS will be an asset
- experience with PLC and HMI panels: SIEMENS (TIA Portal, STEP7, WinCC) or Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation products
- knowledge of communications standards: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, PROFIsafe, Ethernet/IP, CIPSafety, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, DeviceNet, IO-Link
- vision systems experience will be an asset
- ability to read electrical diagrams
- electrical licence up to 1kV (Exploitation of electrical devices)
- driving licence category B
- English language at min. B1 level
- knowledge of pneamatical systems will be an asset
- knowledge of Machinery Directive will be an asset
Responsibilities:
- participation in the solution design process
- programming industrial robots and PLC controllers
- programming and designing HMI application
- creating technical documentation
- creating machine instruction for end-user
- commissioning of robots and machines at the end customer’s site
- providing customer trainings
Working in the delegation in Poland – 60% of total time.
Remote/stationary/desing work – 40% of total time
Mechanic
Qualifications:
- high school/vocational education
- minimum 1 year of experience on similar position
- experience with mechanical assembly of the machines
- ability of reading and understanding technical drawings and pneumatical diagrams
- knowledge of pneumatical systems
- driving licence category B
- diligence during installation
- licence for working at heights will be an asset
- English language at min. B1 level
Responsibilities:
- assembly of the machines and mechanical devices
- performing locksmith work (drilling, threading, grinding, cutting)
- assembly of the mechanical, electrical and pneumatical
- participating in assembly and commisioning at customer’s site
Working in the delegation in Poland – 50% of total time.
Stationary work – 50% of total time.
Electrician
Qualifications:
- high school/vocational education
- minimum 1 year of experience on similar position
- knowledge of electrical switchgear design principles
- ability to read and understand electrical diagrams
- electrical licence up to 1kV
- driving licence category B
- diligence during installation
- English language at min. B1 level
- ability to read pneumatical diagrams
- knowledge of pneamatical systems will be an asset
Responsibilities:
- prefabricating control cabinets
- installing cabling routes
- installing electrical and pneumatic devices
- participating in assembly and commisioning at customer’s site
Working in the delegation in Poland – 50% of total time.
Stationary work – 50% of total time.
Junior mechanical engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor (Automation&Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Building or other related engineering degree)
- minimum 1 year of experience on similar position
- knowledge of SOLIDWORKS
- experience with designing machines or grippers and tools for robots
- knowledge of pneumatical systems used in light industry will be an asset
- knowledge of safety systems designing principles will be an asset
- knowledge of MES analysis will be an asset
- driving licence category B
- English language at min. B1 level
Responsibilities:
- 3D designing of machine parts
- creating technical design
- creating 2D technical drawings
- creating assembly drawings
- creating technical documentation
- supervising process of manufacturing machine parts
Praca w delegacji na terenie Polski – 50% czasu.
Praca stacjonarna – 50% czasu.
Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor (Automation&Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Building or other related engineering degree)
- minimum 2 year of experience on similar position
- knowledge of SOLIDWORKS
- experience with designing machines or grippers and tools for robots
- knowledge of pneumatical systems used in light industry
- knowledge of safety systems designing principles
- knowledge of MES analysis
- knowledge of Machine Dirictive
- familiar with ISO 12100
- driving licence category B
- English language at min. B1 level
Responsibilities:
- Participation in conceptual, design and execution work during the project
- 3D designing of machine parts
- creating mechanical design
- creating 2D technical drawings
- creating assembly drawings
- creation of technical and operation documentation DTR
- creating risk analysis
- supervising process of manufacturing machine parts
- contact with suppliers of mechanical components
- supervision of the assembly and constant verification of the correctness of the project concept at every stage of realization
Working in the delegation in Poland – 15% of total time.
Stationary work – 85% of total time.
